Dima Beitzke

Dima is a seasoned digital leader with over 20 years of experience in building high-performance teams and driving business growth. As a senior executive, he has a proven track record in sales, digital marketing, and e-commerce, with particular expertise in scaling sales and marketing organizations and developing sustainable digital business models. His extensive experience in leadership, change management and digital transformation spans both start-ups and large corporations, across B2B, B2C, and D2C sectors.


Currently, Dima serves as CEO of einstieg.com, Germany’s leading event provider and digital platform that connects trainees and students with companies, institutions, and universities. Prior to this role, he was CRO and a member of the board at Define Media GmbH, a market leader in cookie-less and AI-driven native advertising across the DACH region.


Before joining Define Media, Dima held the position of SVP E-Commerce at baur.de, a prominent online retailer and part of the Otto Group. He was responsible for digital marketing, shop management, and BI/Analytics. At Zalando Marketing Solutions, part of Zalando SE, Dima was the Managing Director for multiple digital business models that he helped build from the ground up.


Earlier in his career, Dima was CRO and a member of the board at sedo.com, a global eCommerce platform for trading and monetizing premium domain names, serving clients in over 140 countries. He also held several leadership roles in sales at Awin AG, desired.de, and within Bertelsmann AG’s digital marketing and dialog marketing divisions. His career began with consultative sales positions in direct marketing at DHL Global and KarstadtQuelle.


Dima holds a Diploma in Business Administration from VWA Akademie, in collaboration with Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University, Frankfurt.
